liquid mixes and what it's like

OK so I'm new to vaping only a few weeks into it and I'm wondering what/if there is a noticeable difference between 50/50 and 70/30 juices?

I have only used 50/50 so far as that's what I have available locally. I use a Provari Mini with a JohnBoy lava tank and Boge 3.0 Carto's.
Does 70/30 or 100% VG work better in a carto?
Do any of the mixes last longer?
