Liquid options turn non-tank cracker into tank cracker?

I was just thinking about this. If I order a liquid that is generally regarded as a non-tank cracker and add certain options (ie: mint, coolness, etc.), would it turn said liquid into a tank cracker? I have a propensity to order mint/"coolness" to all my liquids and I was curious. Thanks in advance .

Yes those can cause your tanks to crack. Just grab you a glass tank and then you dont have to worry about that issue.

At least the MBV Spearmint is fine. My wife has been mixing it with Strawberry and using it in an EVOD for months now with 0 problems.

High malic and citric acid content cracks tanks, but I'm not sure of alkaline levels that cause tank problems. Before you use them, check your tank with a microscope or a high quality magnification device. You'll be able to see the stress fractures from past liquid used in it.

This is why pyrex is the way to go. I started on plastic ego tanks and such but with my new setup I've been straight protanks and glass cartotanks.
