I just bought LiquidXpress's Atomic Fireball and was POSITIVE they forgot to put the flavoring in. After emails back and forth they assured me, there is no possible way I got a bad batch. All I have to say about this flavor is:
It doesnt have ANY cinnamon flavor. NONE.
Its not cinnamon spicy like the website says
Its not cinnamon sweetness like the website says

While I know taste is subjective, this is not subjective taste.

I have a sensitive tongue to cinnamon(tasty vapor AC killed all my taste buds, so does big red gum if i eat a 5 pack) and sour stuff (sour skittles warheads) but I love both flavors. Atleast this gave me a flavorless liquid to mix with the AC I have.

Big dissappointment but with all the reviews on this liquid Its a dissapointment with the company rather than the liquid.

Sorry you feel this way, seriously I am. Getting upset because what you wanted to hear wasn't there, I don't know what else to do. I leave up all posts, so everyone can see them, I won't take this down, just because it was an unsatisfied client. We try to stay on top of the ball, unfortunately just because you don't like a flavor or you don't think it's what it should be, is not a reason to be replaced or refunded. I have many liquids here that you can gladly have that I have purchased elsewhere I don't like. We take care of defective liquids in batches and I think our reputation for coming to the forums and announcing a problem and fixing it, stands for itself. Point in case Honey Flue Cured.

One thing that does get to me is people who think that just because they don't taste something doesn't mean others do or don't as well. Taste is TOTALLY subjective, and if this passes on a bad review, well, I guess we'll suffer for it.

As a side note, thank you for posting this while being terribly disappointed with our company, even though we were in the middle of email corresponding, nice to know that while I was typing a second email in response to yours, you come straight to the forums to throw it at us. It's alright, we can't please everyone no matter how hard we try, and we will continue to try.

Ive been unsatisfied before, where like you said, taste is subjective and no one got an email on those occasions. However, I havent been sent something completely different than what was ordered and told "This batch is a tad heavy on the generic candy taste" What I got was a tad heavy on the unflavored side.

Like you said, you cant go around replacing every unhappy customers bottle. But you cant expect unhappy customers to keep to themselves.

I wasnt expecting an email back. I posted at the end of our discussion.
