List of what heads are interchangable with what tanks?

Does anyone know if someone has ever compiled a list of what heads are interchangeable/compatible with what tanks? I was just playing around with a Smok Champion tank and put a Vivi Nova dual coil head on it. Seems to work fine. It would sure be nice if I didn't have to stock so many heads for different tanks!

Watched, yesterday, that popular guy 'Todd' from England...
on Youtube.com put an ASPIRE BDC (bottom dual coil)
in a Pro Tank ... used one of the simple converter kits that
sells for $4.00 USA dollars... he was really impressed with the results...
Said Pro Tank (Kanger) ought to learn how to make a BDC head like Aspire.

Todd was saying many people now (in Europe)
are converting their Pro Tanks over to the Aspire BDC's

Can't rebuild them... but, then for the price of the Aspire BDC heads
and the way they can last... they're just not that expensive.

Where can you buy the converter to use the Aspire BDC head on a Pro Tank? Seems like a good idea.

I know EVOD heads are interchangeable with a lot. As a matter of fact I got a vision victory 5ml bcc for Christmas and that's compatible with the evod heads as well.
