Just wanted to tell you about an experience I had with LiteCigUsa. I ordered some Vivi Nova heads, and they were the wrong ones. As soon as I filled out the "Contact Us" form, I got a reply back, apologizing that they were the wrong ones, and they would be replaced. I replied back in email, "Thanks", not expecting a reply. I got a reply telling me "Sorry for the inconvenience". I got a third email, saying that they shipped the replacements, Priority Mail.

LiteCigUsa always has great products at good prices. And extremely fast shipping. What's not to like?

And that was great customer service!
