I've ordered from Shawn several times and his level of service never fails to impress. My last order was placed Tuesday (4/19) at noon and it arrived today! And that's just his regular shipping....not Priority Mail!! LiteCigUSA is total WIN!

I agree. Shawn has a good business model. Fast, low prices and great customer service. I use Egos with LR Boge carts which I love and am a regular customer. I recommend people to him all the time.

I also agree. LiteCigs is the only vendor I will recommend to friends and family for hardware. Its a safe site where I have always been taken care of well. Prices are extremely on par with the competition at all times and the shipping rates are unmatched.

Had a battery from them sort of explode a bit last night, immediately he offered to replace it no questions asked. I had pics and whatnot prepared expecting it to be a lot of trouble but no! Also, don't let this scare you, the battery had a short and it is something that just happens, it was plugged in to charge and couldn't handle it with the short, not like I had it in my pocket or anything and it's a rare occurrence anyway, very rare! The response to my help ticket was very fast too.

I've never read a bad review about Litecig, don't think I'll be seeing one anytime soon either.

I really like the boge soft top cartos that I got from LCU. I just received my 2nd order (all juice). I am a new customer and will be shopping with them again. Great prices!

Great customer service by Shawn. I had a bottle of Strawberry Banana Smoothie leak in the package, first time I've ever had that happen, I got an e-mail this morning that he is sending a replacement.

Companies like litecigusa make me proud to endorse them to my friends. I've had 2 friends purchase kits like mine from Litecig and this kind of customer service makes me glad that I recommend them.

I know this was posted awhile ago but... I want to thank you for posting this they have a great price for the boge cartos but I was hesitant wondering about shipping time.
