Had a battery from them sort of explode a bit last night, immediately he offered to replace it no questions asked. I had pics and whatnot prepared expecting it to be a lot of trouble but no! Also, don't let this scare you, the battery had a short and it is something that just happens, it was plugged in to charge and couldn't handle it with the short, not like I had it in my pocket or anything and it's a rare occurrence anyway, very rare! The response to my help ticket was very fast too.

Great customer service by Shawn. I had a bottle of Strawberry Banana Smoothie leak in the package, first time I've ever had that happen, I got an e-mail this morning that he is sending a replacement.

Companies like litecigusa make me proud to endorse them to my friends. I've had 2 friends purchase kits like mine from Litecig and this kind of customer service makes me glad that I recommend them.

Keep up the great work.
