I have had great success with them as well, shortly after getting my Dragon the atomizer took a dump and disintegrated before my very eyes on me! Of course the only con with the Dragon from Truesmoker.com...yep only comes with one atomizer and the website said they were out of stock and I could not get in touch with JD to find out how long it would take for more. There I was 3 days into my new tobacco free lifestyle and loving it and then in a blink of an eye it's all about to come undone. Thinking quickly I went up to the tobacco store near my house as I know the owner and she had started selling some E-Cigs in her shop, I only hoped that they were compatible and she would be willing to help me out. Lucky for me she was totally cool with loaning me not just an atomizer but a new E-Cig that she just got in along with it. Disaster averted I turned my attention to finding a replacement and a spare so I would be better prepared in the future and that's when I found LitecigUSA, and I think the Gold Series atomizer I bought from there was better/beefier than that original that came with it. Their great prices and fast shipping had the new atomizers in my hands within 3 days. They will get more of business in the future.

Hmmm...I placed my first order with them this past Friday at around 2:30pm, and it didn't get shipped out until Monday afternoon...am I just unlucky?


LMAO... really. Place an order late on a Friday and it ships on a Monday and you call that unlucky? What were you expecting the delivery on Monday? Sorry, not knocking you just find that all very funny.

It wasn't a complaint...I just read other posts in the thread that said they had ordered on Fri afternoons and had it shipped same day or next day. I had ordered a few items from another supplier at the same time and theirs actually did arrive on Monday, which I was very surprised with.
Anyway, I truly don't expect our "noble suppliers":D to work 24/7. It's just that from what I read, litecigusa routinely gives 110%. Unfortunately people [read:me :oops:] assume that is the norm. I received the order on Wednesday, several items, and only missing one bottle of juice, which they shipped out to me right away. That is perfectly good ship time and good service!
I am very pleased with the experience, litecigusa has a great selection of stuff with really reasonable prices and from what I ordered, great quality! I will be ordering from them again, and recommending them to other vapers as well.
Thank you Shawn, for providing an excellent source of supplies.

One more thing...I was shopping around for a supplier (I'm somewhat new to vaping) and the thing I loved about litecigusa's site was the e-juice flavor descriptions. I know it sounds silly, but the fact that they (or is it really just Shawn, so "he") took the time and put in the effort to describe the tastes really made it seem like they actually cared about the products being sold. It's what helped me decide where to order from.

i honestly do try to get everything out as soon as i can. the last 2 days i been a little backed up though but i will be fully caught up tonight. had a few techinal glitches that needed immediate attention. as for the flavor descriptions i do attempt to try everything i sell.
