Hi everybody, I need some feedback:

I live in a small town, and a lot of smokers have expressed interest in my devices, and some have even purchased gas-station cheapo's, which perform as miserably as we would expect.

A lot of these folks seem unwilling to take the time to come here, to ECF, and get informed, and honestly, it's a lot of information to digest.

So I thought I would do a little "vapor 101" class, for anyone interested (locally). Basically explaining what things are called, how they work, the differences between various models/mods, voltage/resistance stuff, and mostly just being a person there to answer questions, and physically demonstrate how my own gear works.

I was thinking I would buy some additional hardware from my favored vendor, madvapes, knowing that I can keep it when I'm done, but I only vape one liquid, and would like a selection for people to try.

Is this the kind of thing I should try to purchase from the classifieds, or should I try the PIF forum? Honestly, I doubt I'll want to keep many of the flavors I get for myself, so should I try to sell them? or PIF them? I don't really know.

I do know that if I buy a bunch of 5 ml bottles, I'm gonna get stuck with a lot of crap I don't want, and it'll be expensive to boot.

So how in the heck do I go around ECF asking for stuff, and still be able to unload that stuff after my little show 'n tell is over, without spending a bunch of money, or accidentally taking advantage of other people's generosity?

Any opinions are welcome. Also opinions about what I should talk about are welcome. I figured I would mostly talk about the tech side first, since that's the most complicated, and puts a lot of people off, but I would also like to talk about CASAA and any health stuff I can without "making health claims".

So there it is. I imagine it would be a pretty small class, a friend of mine volunteered her coffee shop for this purpose, and if there's more demand than expected, I'll do a second session.

Any thoughts are welcome.

Talk about the different styles of devices! Flavors, battery life, health benefits, lack of odor! I suppose just talk about some of the things that you are passionate about! I just ordered juice from Madvapes also, great deals on juice! I don't think you need to buy a bunch of stuff, as people can get excited or interested in any device you demo if they are new to vaping! 5ml bottles are cheep so buy from MadVaps those flavors that you will use and enjoy! :toast:

Bumping my own thread here.

I live in a very small town, and as of today (must be new years resolutions) a bunch of people have told me they are buying ecigs to try and quit smoking.

The place I can use may not be available for a few more weeks, but I'm going to stock up on atties, cartos, batteries and juices this next week, for show n tell, and put up a flyer.

This is my first attempt at a flyer, I would like some feedback. I really don't know how to advertise without sounding like some kind of snake-oil salesman.

PS: In regards to the health and safety section, I will only tell people what I've experienced (all positive), but will make no health claims. I will provide CASAA literature with links to medical studies.

Madvapes will get you the most bang for your buck and the most options.

I'm so sorry about my compulsion here, but you spelled whether wrong on your flyer. Wow. I know I sound rude. I can't help myself. :(

I have a lot of questions from my friends and many are now using E-Cigs because of me, so I started selling kits to get my stuff cheaper (In Mexico it´s hard and expensive to get e-cig stuff) and what I found helped me the most was to bring a few cartos with DK-Tab, RY4, DK-Tab w/Menthol, Cuban Cigar, Desert Ship and Caramel Tobacco for them to try and choose a flavor. Of 20 kits I´ve sold, 1 was Desert Ship, 2 Cuban Cigar and all the rest where DK-Tab.

Most of them asked for a different flavor to try the next time they wanted E-Liquid.

If you go this route, take along a lot of drip-tips!
