What else did you buy? Did you get any pg/vg without nic? If you bought only pg/vg with 60mg nic, you will need some plain pg and/or vg to reduce the mg.

You can pick up some plain vg at Walmart. There is a thread about it in the DIY liquid section with a picture. It is located by the band-aids in my locat store.

OMG. You might want to read http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-liquid-recipes/53227-read-first.html first. Next get a calculator (heres the one I use https://www.filesanywhere.com/fs/v.aspx?v=89716a8d58646ea772a0 ) only use the recipes that come with the calculator to start with so you don't have to enter anything. It isn't hard but be careful and enjoy.
Edit: What I meant by not adding anything was calculations of percentages. You will have to tell it what strength nic you have and what strength you want as well as a few other items.

I was playing around with e juice me up calculator and I'm thinking the added flavoring dilutes the nic level down to the desired level. But I will take your advice and do some more reading.

You will need some plain VG and/or PG to dilute with. The % of flavoring varies greatly from flavor to flavor but most won't be any higher than 20% total. With 20% flavor added your 60mg liquid will be 48mg.
