First is 50mm second is 49mm but sometimes batteries aren't exactly as long as their number. As long as you have a spring in the cap, either should work with a button top.

Yes I have always bought my AW's at RTD. Never went back and looked since last buying them. I have some 18650 and 18630 but both are somewhat low mah compared the latter purchased Sony's and Samsungs. RTD's site is down now for some reason. I will check it out. Firm believer in safe batteries only.

sweet-vapes.com is also an authorized AW reseller, and have the best prices on AWs I've seen. I got a pair of those 18A 18500s from them.

Mine can use either an 18500 or and 18490.

But it is a Very Old v1 so someone with a Newer One should Double check this.

BTW - My Old Provari Doesn't like Flat Top batteries. This has Probably Changed by now. But I'll just throw it Out There.

Nope. My 2.5 mini MUST have a button top. It's probably not one of the newest, but I don't think that's changed. I'm sure someone will let me know if it has. There's just nothing more frustrating than discovering it's the wrong *&#*&*%^!!! battery.

FT has 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm magnets that can take up slack in a few mods. Kinda handy to have on hand.

Here's some "pretty sure about this" info:

I think that all Provis prior to the P3 require button top batts.

I think that while using magnets can be handy, I don't think it's Provape recommended.

Right--but the AW IMR batteries (recommended for the old ProVaris) have button tops.

I wouldn't use any other battery in mine.

California I think was what there site said. I did 3 day priority, a few bucks more, but insured, and I should have it by Saturday (or Monday at the latest), depending on USPS.

There just is Something to paying a Few Bucks more and getting your Package within a handful of Days. Verses buying from China, and getting it whenever.

SO Very True.
I still order from China, but ONLY when there is a Major price difference from ordering in the US.
I MUCH prefer 3 days to 3 weeks, and don't mind a few bucks more, just not double (or more) the price.

Hehehehe... I own one of those. It is a rather disturbing shade of fuchsia.... But it's growing on me.

I rather like the pink raspberry fuchsia hot pink, once in a while. It's a nice little change of pace.
