This was a thing about 2 years ago. They had them on clearance all over the place a few months ago.
They go over the cell phone, like a regular phone case. And NO, I don't have one!
I'm hoping I will be!I wonder if I'll be available...
Got my Serpent Mini and 150w Cuboid today. Serpent Mini = flavor is. However, whenever I blink, the tank is empty.
The Cuboid is not so itty-bitty... It's not very wide, but it is rather tall. The thing has some serious heft to it, as well - both with batteries installed, it weighs nearly as much as the RX200 (Cuboid ~300g, Rx200 ~308g).
The only other dual 18650 I have is the Asmodus Minikin. It's significantly wider, but not nearly as tall or thick. Also quite a bit lighter - 261g with batteries.

I got a battery for my pico, and been vaping low wattage. It does great, even well below 5w, using my protank minis and aero 2's. Maybe I'll run into problems like @Katya told me if I try to go that low with a tank made for high wattage vaping. I got the full kit, so I'll try it with that mello III it came with, but I'm not looking forward to cleaning every part of it before the first run, so I'm procrastinating.
I like how small the pico is, but I like my 350 and 400mah ego minis' sizes way better. This will take some getting used to.
The size and shape feel awkward, and I was prepared for that. I had tried simulating with a mini ego held against a few rectagular objects. What I hadn't accounted for, is how much heavier it is than anything I've been regularly using. Also, like Katya, I've always used my thumb for pushing the button, but this thing can be held more comfortably using one of my fingers to activate, so I'll need to get accustomed to that, too.
I'm very slow to get used to a new size device, so I'll be patient. Not sure how comfortable with the shape I'll get, but at least it has already been normalized for me somewhat, just from having seen so many people using box mods. Without that, it would feel even more awkward.
Tomorow my provari mini is supposed to arrive. I think I'm gonna like that shape a lot more, but'll be glad to have both.

If you hold the mod with the screen facing you, it's natural to use your thumb. If the screen is away from you, then your index finger will fit the fire button comfortably. So if you like thumbs, try holding it screen to you.
Although not a doomsday device because it has a built in battery, I think you would very much enjoy the Innokin vv V3 for its small size and 800 mah. For 15 dollars you can't go to wrong!

I automatically pick it up and hold it screen away thumb on button, but it's a lot more comfortable the other way, so when I remember, I use my index finger on the button. If I remember to pick it up that way to begin with, there's less fiddling to get to holding it in a way that's ready to fire.
It seems made for finger rather than thumb.
I have an ego 650mah VV/VW device, and I rarely use it because it's bigger than my 650 non vv/vw's, which I don't use much because they're bigger than my ego minis.
I also have an ego vv passthru (no battery), and that's part of my doomsday strategy. That thing is tiny, and I love it.
I saw one at a local vape shop last night. Does it use an external battery? I might want to get one, if it does.
