What happened to your VT75 Nanos?Reminiscent, for sure.
I'd recommend watching the review before you hit "buy". Not that it's bad, but there may be an issue or two that some won't like.
Having just recently retired three VT75 Nanos, I'll probably pass. LOVE their looks, but 18 months was about their lifespan (as some had accurately predicted). Not money wasted (I used the HECK out of them), but I'm spoiled.

Just under the wire, Drops. Description says it's 510 threaded, so you should be able to use any 510 tank on it, up to the stated 25 mm size. Many tanks are 22, so they won't look as "sleek" on top, but should work just fine.
They still work but get a point where you need to clean them very often, or you get a Weak Battery alert when hitting it. Kat feels the difference in the hit too. Me, not as much, but the alert got to bugging me.
KTM said that they added a 2nd wire or something, and that was an unnecessary addition. My guess is that it's related. I could definitely still use them if I wanted to, but the JACs came out, and the VTs were competing with something they simply couldn't beat (same general size & shape).
Like I said - I LOVE the look, and I've got a nice spot on my museum shelf for them.
I like that new JAC that has the 25mm top. Just wish it came in black. I'm still a "22" guy, pretty much. There's something about that number that I always seem to be drawn to.

Yes, my Freds (Nanos) are slowly finding their way to the Rainbow Vape Bridge, too. The cleaning, the battery door annoyance (minor, but it exists for me), and what feels to be quite a degradation in the hit has put them at the back of the stable. I may sell one, and keep one for the KM. (Kat Museum)
