Hey all, I've been lurking for about a month and finally registered the other day. I have a hard time being social as I just can't seem to get conversation going, but I love to talk to people, so if anyone ever wants to give me a push I welcome it.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you all, this seems like a really nice community.

A little about myself:
I'm a 26 year old male who deals with kinda extreme social anxiety every day. I decided to try vaping to see if it can help calm my nervous ticks and distract from some less healthy habits.

Hey there, Crusylicious! I use about 10ml a week, but it's gonna depend on how much you vape. I have a mild social anxiety myself (self diagnosed because I don't want to bother a doctor with it and fear what they might say-plus don't like to leave the house unless I have to-- see?) hope this e-cig thing works out for you! So, are you a smoker, or just trying to get the nicotine?
edit: p.s. you should check out some of the social groups, those are kind of fun too..

Well, I tried smoking a while back, but all I liked were cloves. I also decided it just wasn't worth the health risks, so never really was a smoker.

I figured I'll try without nicotine at first and see if just the physical habit alone helps, just something that I can use as kind of a release.

I know how people here feel about nonsmokers vaping, I read up on it alot and decided that it MIGHT be for me anyways.

I didn't notice any groups yet, but didn't really go looking either. I'll look around and check it out :)

I suppose that if you feel that it might keep you from your other potentially harmful habits, and since you're going with the 0mg, and since you are, after all, an adult....blah-blah-blah....etc. You have to choose it, I can't tell you what to do. Just hope you never start in with that nasty nicotine - it's worse than coffee, won't let you go...although, I must admit that the idea of quitting coffee seem preposterous to me...I wonder why I think nicotine is so horrible but let people off the hook for having caffeine every day. I think I'm just traumatized by my smoking addiction after all these years with it.

I love coffee though I've never really been affected by caffeine until recently. Now I get caffeine headaches if I don't have at least 1 soda or cup of coffee in the day, but that is the extent of how it affects me so far.

Nicotine hasn't hooked me so far with the couple times I actually tried smoking analogs, but at the same time I don't want to risk it, so as I said, starting with nonicotine and will see how that goes. I am fairly confident that it will be what I'm looking for.
