Dont know if you guys feel that too, but I used to have that on my hoohak and since I started vaping I had the same buzz. It feels good but I wonder if you guys have the same on your juices.

I reduced my nic to 12mg and I am using the mouth fill / lung fill afterwards, feels reaaaaally good, specially in the mornings :D.

Needless to say that I dont have headache, but if I reduce the nic level still have some cravings...

Suggestions?

Btw, I was with some ppl who still smoke and I really cant take the smell of an analog ... like everyone here I wonder how I really liked that...

I think the best answer is whatever keeps you off analogs. Maybe you could try some 16mg nic juices (most are 18mg, but there are some 16mg). If you're trying to cut down on nic, then you just have to fight though it. I personally have stayed at 18mg for 3 months (I also started there), and tried some mixing of 18 and 12mg in equal parts to get 15mg. It worked ok, but the TH suffered, so I went back to 18. The easiest way to change the nic level of juices safely is to buy 2 strenthgs close to what you are trying to achieve nic level wise (one over and one under) and mix them. That way you can test what nic level still does it for you.

If you need more nic but don't want the buzz, vape more slowly, drink a lot of water. It's the same thing I used to get with cigars. If I had a full bodied Rocky Patel edge and smoked it fast I got sick to my stomach. If I smoked it slowly I was fine. The same has happened with vaping

Interesting because I started to have the same symptom and got sick to my stomach.

Let me ask you that, how do you drag? I usually do the mouth fill then drag the vapor to the lungs, thats for me is more satisfying... but I am concern now that I'd never had the stomach issue before. Maybe I am just doing it wrong or I have to assume that its a bit different.

I drink a lot of water while vaping, so I am sure thats not a de-hidratation issue.

thanks for your feedback and I am looking forward to hear from you, it might be very interesting.

I believe it's just too much nicotine at once. As your body is trying to handle it you're putting more and more in. Therefore the sick stomach. I actually never inhale to my lungs as I was a pipe and cigar smoker before being a vapor. I vape like I smoked cigars, just in the mouth.

I'm a 0 or low nic user now. Some flavors I like are extracted from tobacco and therefore a little higher in nic content. If I vape that nonstop for awhile like I do the 0, I get lightheaded (or buzzed) and then get the terrible stomach ache. No tums, pepto or anything takes care of it but time. Best thing to do is lay on your stomach and wait for your body to deal with it. I know this because of other cigar smokers that experienced the same thing

Thanks your prompt answer!

I've tried a few 6mg nic too, today my all day juice is only 12mg.

I was a cigar/hookah smoker as well, so your answer was really important and interesting for me.

Thanks again, I will try that out!

if i am vaping too heavily, my hands get freezing cold. sometimes it gets to the point where i want to wear vaping gloves!

also- the stomach pain might be acid reflux, although you do say that tums does not cure it so maybe its not. i know that if i vape too much on an empty stomach i get acid reflux as i have GERD. any stimulant i.e. nicotine relaxes your pyloric valve, allowing stomach acid to splash your esophogas.

Yes, thats exactly my point!

I am just getting this slap more frequently :D

I started getting flavor juice and a supply of unflavored nic juice, and then spiking the same flavor to different levels...like say 6, 10, and so on. Then I can nic heavier in the mornings and evenings, and nic light through the day, or however it suits me.

And like the wise one said. Drink, drink, drink.
