I've been lurking around the forum here for a bit... sponging off the immense body of knowledge provided here by this great community. After a fantastic experience with a vendor that I discovered here, I decided I needed to register and post.
Once I found out that Little shop of Vapors was local to me, I called the owner, Annmarie with what I had only planned to be a couple of noob-ish questions and recommendations (cartos) about her products. She spent the better part of an hour on the phone with me... answering questions, making suggestions (even referring me to another vendor) and being an all around outstanding lady! I made a follow up call to her a few days later, ready to place an order. When I mentioned to her that I had let my carto supply dwindle down to 1 or 2 (like an idiot
), she actually offered to meet me locally the same day with my order! Not only did she bring my items, but she threw in a couple of extras as gifts... including something I had briefly mentioned in passing days before. My wife and kids don't pay remotely that much attention when I babble!
Since then, I've been back to her to help set up 3 newly recruited vapers, as well as for supplies for myself. She has consistently been lightning fast in her responses and generous with her time and knowledge.
To sum it up, Little shop of Vapors & Annmarie have provided me with great products and a customer service experience miles beyond what I had any right to expect. I can't recommend LSoV highly enough.
