I've seen vaping related websites that will allow buyers to order and pay for items online, then pick up their order in person. Does that website not allow that?
Your location doesn't show, but $9 for shipping eliquid within the same city... sounds like a ripoff to me, even if the eliquid isn't very expensive. Most places make a huge profit on it, because it's so cheap to make. Those of us who DIY our eliquids save a bunch of $$ doing it. My most expensive eliquid recipe that I make for myself...costs me about $3.00 for a 120mL bottle, and that includes the cost of the bottle.
