Good news! We are now allowing registered local customers to pickup from our office. Several requests each week made this come to life. If you're in the Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg Florida area, this is for you!
If you have an account with is, all you need to do (one-time) is to request to be added to the "Local" group via our form on the SmokTek.com Contact Us page. If you aren't registered with us yet, please create an account here, then request to be added to the group. Simple and fast!
After you are added to the group, you will see a new shipping option at checkout that looks like this:
You can pickup the same day between 2-4pm if you get your order in before 11am, otherwise the next day between 10-4pm. As soon as we process your order, you will get an email notification that your order is ready for pickup. Folks, I'm sorry to be blunt but I need to make this clear, we are very busy at this office providing super fast shipping around the world. Free time is very limited. We are making local pickups available as a convenience for you and a way to save money, there won't be time for idle chit chat, last minute shopping or facility tours. It's a grab and go deal!
