There basically aren’t any anymore. There used to be a few. You might still find one or two drippers and maybe a mech or three, but modern stuff? No. Even the companies that started in the US manufacture in China now. As the saying goes “everything is made in China”. Personally I don’t have a problem with this one. The guy that (re) invented vaping was Chinese. Chinese companies have stolen a whole lot of tech from various other nations, the USA included, but vaping tech is homegrown Chinese.Hi All
Can anyone help me with finding the local USA vape device brands? I am doing a research. Thanks.
Thank you so much. u r right. I am aware of that some websites that sell oversea brands as well as their own brand vape devices. Not many USA brand vape devices any longer. Last one that I'm aware of, Provape (Provari) went of of business a couple of years ago. 95 per cent of vape gear is made in China
Thanks for your kind reply. You are right. Some manufactured in China but with their own brands.Right. I guess the sad fact is that we can't compete with China's cheap manufacturing. You can find some vape products made in European countries at a price, though.
Squid industries is still around. They USED to be a US manufacturer iirc but aren’t any more. There are quite a few systems that are IS designed and then manufactured overseas though. Iirc EVOLV boards are like that. They may be EU rather than USA though. I lack info. There are still some fully native EU manufacturers. Kayfun and digitronics come to mind.Thank you so much. u r right. I am aware of that some websites that sell oversea brands as well as their own brand vape devices.

Around here this site? Online. I vaguely remember a statistic that something like 70% of vape goods are sold from gas stations though. It’s really by far the worst place to buy such stuff. “Gas station garbage” is generally rebranded or re-rebranded old fashioned Chinese stuff. Much lower quality, much much higher markup. A kit that costs $20 at a gas station can often be had for 6-8$ online. One exception may be JUUL. They’re the biggest seller in gas stations by a wide margin and I don’t know where their stuff is actually manufactured. For one thing they’re actually pretty new as manufacturers go. From the behavior of Chinese suppliers though I’m willing to bet China as well. Might do to make sure though. I’m only guessing.Thank you so much. Very useful information. Both. There are vapers who buy all their gear and liquids from a vape shop, and there are vapers who have never stepped into a vape shop in their life. I do both, but tend to buy most of my stuff online because its less expensive and I can find specifically what I want to buy online, while my local vape shop doesn't carry what I want to buy.Do you where people normally buy vape devices? online or shop?

Isn't he semi-retired, now?
No he's completely retired and he sold the company on to someone else who doesn't seem to care as much as the originator....so it's an online business now....Isn't he semi-retired, now?
I thought so. Wasn't the original guy's name Rob? I only had contact with the store once. I had bought a RDA from him after an ECF friend had donated one of his Reo Grands to me. The top cap of the new RDA was extremely loose fitting so I returned it to him for an adjustment. I also wasn't happy with the fire button being uncomfortable to use on the Reo, and he suggested a press fit plastic attachment which he sold for the button. No he's completely retired and he sold the company on to someone else who doesn't seem to care as much as the originator....so it's an online business now....![]()
