Long Ego Cone (covers XL cartos?)

Does anyone know where I can find a cover to go over the 45mm cartos? I've got a few for the 35mm cartos, but just looking for a cone to do the same thing on the XL cartos (blue color would be awesome, as both my Ego's are blue)
