long(er) lasting carto/juice

I've been using boge 3.0s with different juices in a tank for a while...
with juice A I get around 5 days before it starts tasting funny, with juice B I get anywhere from 1.5 to a max of 3 days.

I want to stick with the boge 3.0s due to cost/consistency.


What juices have you noticed work well/stay fresh in the boge cartos? (any types of flavors)

For me, juices with more PG than VG tend to gunk up cartomizers less. Some have suggested that juices that are clear or lighter colored might clog less.

I haven't noticed much if any difference with VG or PG. The biggest difference I've noticed is darker and or sweeter juices seem to leave more of a residue that doesn't vaporize and shortens the life.

Halo leaves little residue and my cartos seem to last forever, both Boge and dual coil. I don't use a tank though, so I don't know if Halo's rather thin consistency is good for that setup.

thanks for the replies... pretty much what I figured. (clear juice lasts longer) I'm going on 5 days with the clear juice(still going good for now) and 1.5 days with the darker stuff.


I'll probably try some Halo juice sometime.. was hoping for more replies with known non clogging juice, but, they're probably all the same unless thinned out.

I mainly diy my juice. I have an awesome caramel cappucino recipe that is very very carto friendly. I'm using a 3ohm Boge in a tank with this recipe and its been going strong and tasting great for around 10 days now. I used it in a smoktech dc carto and it was great for almost a month. (The carto itself petered out)

For every 10 ml of unflavored juice..I add ONE (more than one drop and its awful!) Drop of FA caramel cappucino..2 drops of FA sweet cream and one drop of sweetener. (Right now I'm using sweetener from tasty vapor but any sweetener will probably work)

I also love KBV warm sugar cookie..I fill a carto with unflavored juice..put it in a tank..then add 10 drops of warm sugar cookie (extra flavor) and fill the rest of the way with unflavored. I can get a week out of a carto like this and get lots of the warm sugar cookie flavor and it stretched out the juice. At a little over $1.25 per carto I think ive got my money's worth after a week. I only keep a couple cartos going at a time.
