Long time caper, longer time scrub! Please help?

So I just bought a sigelei 75w TC with a Royal Hunter RDA. I've been thinking a lot about battery safety recently. Even though I've been vaping for a few years I don't really understand resistance and everything.

My question is. The dual coil kanthal 5 wrap I built reads 0.16 omega on my sigelei. When I fire at 45.0 watts it reads 2.68 volts. Is this safe?

What range should I usually be in?

since you are using a regulated mod, that should be okay, but what kind of batteries are you using in it?

Why so low a build? No reason to. That mod actually works great around .6, Just turn it up.

what ga. wire are you using?? 24? 22? I have a dual 26 ga. 5 wraps each and it ohms out at .36

It is natural for the resistance of a coil to change when it reaches higher temps. TC works best with ni and ti because the change in resistance in comparison to the change in heat is fairly linear, but isn't very accurate when using kanthal. Just some info incase you want to make the most of the tc functionality.

Wouldn't it depend on the battery being used in the device?
