Longevity of Batteries in General?

Specifically I use Sony 18650 VTC4's... the greens.

I do a lot of sub-1.0ohm vaping. But then again I do a lot of normal 1.0 - 1.3ohm vaping on my kayfun. Whats the typical lifespan of a battery?

I'd be great if someone with experience and long usage of a Sony VTC4 2100mAh can tell me how many months it took for them to notice a distinct power drop-off, where they don't hold the charge as long...

I use AW IMR 18650s, though until recently I've been using them with a kick (which is sort of finicky to begin with). It took me about 6 months before I would notice the difference in use time between a new battery and the one I had been using. I cycle mine in pairs, so...one on the charger, one in the device.

Honestly though, they're probably still good after that, but that's where I start to notice that they're not lasting quite as long.

Figure about 300 charges per battery before they drop dead. I tend to charge before the battery is fully drained since I use 4 mods. This extends the life somewhat. Been using the same batteries for about a year without any noticeable loss.
