You could easily spend a couple of weeks lurking and just catching up on the tons of useful information in the present and past threads on this site (I did). You'll find the answers to the natural questions a newcomer has, like which models of e-cig produce the most vapor, are most reliable, etc., and liquid versus carts and so on. In fact, I think if more people did that, one might see fewer questions in the newcomers' forum such as "what e-cig should I buy?".
