It's called the Micro Drop Pinpoint Oiler. It's like a baby version of the innokin U-can. Smaller. Pocket-friendly. I like it. Of course, I haven't tried it yet so can't attest to it's functionality. However from what I see, looks pretty cool and worth it (especially so if you're a fan of the u-can or anything similar). Not too expensive either. Here's some pics:

Hmmm... nice looking bit of kit. It says it doesn't squirt like a syringe, but delivers a controlled drop. It is "officially" for lubricant oils, not ejuice, so I'm wondering if it will deliver the liquid as we would want.

Well I can't say since I don't own it atm, however I always see the word "oiler" in bottle descriptions...<shrugs> I dunno. When someone has it I'm sure we'll get an update

Nice, and functional.

Don't think I'd consider it smaller. Just squished and stretched out a bit.

Would work well for carto topping at minimum.
