Thank you, Arizona. Thank you also, my good B&M stores, thank goodness.

Also, thank you to whomever was watching high above when I was like, "I am going to get some essential ingredients to last me a LONG TIME, I can just FEEL this is going to get ugly.

Also, AZ residents, buying Nic products other than "face to face" is a FELONY. I will play around with returned shipments, but I am NOT going to play around with tracking my IP and Felonies, thank you so very much.

I can't even tell if this applies to equipment sales, since many have those "this is nicotine" stickers.

AZ, you were being so... chill about e-cigs. This completely escaped me.

I do not need any felonies on my record. Sigh.

Are e-liquids/Nicotine Bases that contain Nicotine considered a "tobacco Product" under Arizona Law?

"5. "tobacco product" means all luxuries included in section 42-3052, paragraphs 5, 6 and 7. Tobacco product does not include pipe tobacco or cigars."

    View Document - Arizona Legislature

    5. On each cigarette, nine-tenths cent.

    6. On smoking tobacco, snuff, fine cut chewing tobacco, cut and granulated tobacco, shorts and refuse of fine cut chewing tobacco, and refuse, scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, excluding tobacco powder or tobacco products used exclusively for agricultural or horticultural purposes and unfit for human consumption, two cents per ounce or major fraction of an ounce.

    7. On all cavendish, plug or twist tobacco, one-half cent per ounce or fractional part of an ounce.

Dude, Zoidiman, thank you from stopping my heart from racing, you are correct that e-cigs are not included at this time, but I'm not sure whether raw nicotine is considered "e-cig" as it can be considered a tobacco biproduct (and, in fact it is). I'm going to do some more research on this matter, I just found it suspicious as I got the warning when I was looking at a bulk nic site (for another post). So, it may apply to some things, not others, I'm going to look into it.

I just am... Uneasy with AZ, so I may call some AZ vendors to see what they have to say about shipping "nicotine" vs e-cig juice.

I just went through hell and about 20K helping my son not wind up in jail for 15 years (we were a bit worried), and assisting him through the legal process, I most HEARTILY don't want to do it for myself.... AZ does not play, the jails are empty(ish) at the moment, it's policing for profit, and they are.... pretty persistent and not fun to deal with.

But THANK YOU!!! :) I gotta run do many chores, but I *am* going to look into it.

I Haven't followed Arizona closely. And they could be a Stones Throw and a Senate Vote away from Banning ALL Non Face-2-Face sales of e-Liquids/Nicotine Bases that contain Nicotine derived from Tobacco.

But as far as I Know, Net Sales are still OK in Arizona.

But... I can make No Guarantee of the Future. So if you Live in Arizona, you might want to think about having some Stock on Hand.

Thanks ZoiDiman. You can bet I will be doing that, and having a chat with the WTA guy, who I think is in scottsdale, I can drive there if needed. Or, just wean myself :)

I think they're headed that direction, honestly. Probably.

Okay, time to focus on driving, which as some of you may know, my talents at that are intermittent. Deep breaths.

Maybe hold off on the coffee.

Well, I think you could make a case for a gallon of Nic Salts being a nicotine product. Not that I would know, Arizona legislature. Not that I would know.

Sigh. Okay. Coffee and the car. :)

"Nicotine products" are not restricted in a general way, so probably not.
You can order a box of cigars online in AZ.
Unless you were running a biz, I don't see a problem.
    Felony?
Good luck making that stick over some nic base.
    Especially in AZ.

Bad Ninja you are probably right and I really don't need much else, at least much that would involve nic base. But, I don't want to wind up the "test case" in Tucson courts. Really. I mean the police netted my kid and they were absolutely *right* to do so, he was being a public menace and wound up facing 4 years in the State Penn for destruction of property, which, given his... well, we saw this coming and set some serious ground rules, then my mom thought me and "stepdad" were too strict (grandparents) and invited him to live with her and set 0 ground rules, so things continued.... I was not at all happy when the cops piled on and said my kid "attacked" them by trying to bite one cop through the net (ridiculous, have you seen those nets?), that was how they inflated the charges to 15 yrs.... I was not happy when my mom called me to "arraign" him. Fortunately, there was no evidence at all so they dropped that part....

That being said, I expected it, was happy it happened when he was young, and I told him this was chance #1 and if he didn't get things straightened out, he would be having no visits from *me* at the state Pen *ever*. It was a valuable life lesson for *him* but if I never see the interior of a Tucson Courtroom again, not to mention my lawyer's bills, I'd be MORE than fine with that. :)

That said, kiddo did great, decided to fly right and just got his felony expunged for good behavior this week. I don't know if he's ever going to drive again at this point, that's some fees I plan on NOT paying. He can ride his bike until he saves up from his job, or I can drive him, LOL.

Driving went OK, heh. Nothing major.

I had nicotine shipped to Tempe. At any rate, I ordered from RTS and since they are closing they are directing their customers to a wholesale nicotine place that is coincidentally located in Phoenix. Haven't researched their product yet since I'm not really in the market for nic but it will be the first place I check out, especially since I also read they will price match the way that RTS did. (I had RTS match Heartlands price of 44.99/liter)

Haha, yes. My son wouldn't *gloat* though, he really (through spending a couple days in jail) and having to deal with probation and its insane demands, not to mention losing his license at 17 and all the fines *he* had to pay, the antisocial streak from my ex was completely wiped out, and he would feel nothing but empathy/sympathy for me and want to help. My kid is actually a very adorable kid, but I saw that streak growing up from time to time and knew it would need to be knocked out of him, somehow. I was just praying it would happen early on, and it did.

My son was super grateful for all our help, and knows what it cost our family. He feels ashamed, and as far as I'm concerned, 20K is a reasonable price to pay for him to figure out what happens when you blatantly break the law all over the place, and I was NOT sorry it happened (other than intermittent worry that his case wouldn't go well, my son would not have been a great candidate for the State Pen, and it would not have helped him in any way.)

So, I'm glad he got his "taste" as it were, and he's the kind of kid who'll keep an eye on my speedometer and tell me if I'm going over 8 miles an hour. He thanks me all the time for my and his stepdad's help, and now that my mother has moved to Colorado, things are only improving. He's actually one of the nicest 20 yr olds you might meet, and got his first job (*before* his felony was expunged) by talking to a staff member about Dollar Tree "Everything's a dollar, Mom, everything!" about how great the store was and how much he liked it, only to find out that she was the manager, and she hired him because she noticed what a nice kid he was, not the felony. :)

That said, my ex-husband might fly out to "gloat" if it happened, except I think he's on some kind of weird probation at the moment himself where he can't leave the state. I had to get a parental severance in the end as my ex was so abusive and hateful to my kid, due to his *own* issues. That was pretty expensive too.

I guess the substance of this is, "Don't date your *censored* dealer, if you decide to get sober and have a kid, LOL. Also, no, I don't want to go to the state pen either and I don't think anyone would be gloating an e-cig conviction except the prosecutor. But, I've done some research, I'm not expecting it. :)

Thanks SDCG, I appreciate it. All seems to be progressing as hoped :) :)

I kind of planned for that day, when the day came, I had money saved up for it :) Knowing your kid's strengths and weaknesses is a fantastic thing :) And I bought my final bottle of nic base today, so I'm pretty much set. I highly doubt Tucson Police department is going to storm down my door. Though it has happened in my neighborhood a couple times, we had like 2 hitmen living here.... Swat teams arrived in the dead of night, it was interesting....

We do get a bit of "You live THERE" from time to time from friends, but I'm not here to say any part of Tucson is safe. I took my kiddo to get foodboxes the other day (he's waiting for his paychecks to start lining up) and the first place we went to a homeless dude was *really* interested in talking to me, and I start out polite, usually, before getting belligerant but the church dude running the pantry was pretty awesome, the minute the guy started in on his schticik, the church dude was like, "Go outside. You know perfectly well you have your girl waiting out there!" Haha. The wrinkle diminishment must be working. Or not. I mean, I had a purse... that's attractive to a homeless person right there. :) Not to diminish the plight of the homeless, I wouldn't wish homelessness on anyone, anywhere, I'd also wish they'd all go to shelters and put their lives together.... But hey, freedom, etc.

I don't like being in a Sanctuary city. I don't. Mainly because there are some homeless persons who loiter by the trash can at my son's home and eat his food and hassle him. Though he *also* seems to handle himself fine, and (he's a pet lover) adopted a dog who was about to die because she was also a homeless person's dog and she started out so rabid, (personality-wise) and the kid gently coaxed her into becoming a great dog. But, she'd kill anyone who messed with my kid, and I also happen to adore her anyway, even though she drools constantly and sheds fur like... tumbleweeds. She's just a sweetheart.

    Hi again Anna
Yeh I wouldn't want to be in your shoes, up on a nic charge and have my son gloating away in the back of the courtroom. It always amazes me how govts take their revenue streams as the highest priority of their job as govt.

I can just picture a SWAT team breaking in for my 3 liters of nic while I'm in the middle of mixing 120 ml of Unicorn Milk. "But officer, it is only for my personal use. Yes, I do vape that much juice a day".
