SMT, that's so sweet. Thank you. I certainly didn't start out life with one, heh, I was suicidal about 6 months out of the year (for anyone who thinks you can't work or function like that, you can. It just sucks), so with the advent of lithium and sobriety, I have been gently coaxed into learning to cultivate a positive mental attitude. My first therapist always told me that the older I got, the happier I would be. She was correct, so I'm REALLY GLAD I quit smoking
Sheesh, everytime I'd light a cigarette (early on) I'd be like, "It's not like you lose 7 or 15 or whatever many minutes during the GOOD part of your life, it's when your OLD." So at the time, that figure was not much of a deterrent, really, at first, more of an incentive.

Now, I can't wait until my hair turns completely grey and I can wander around being older.... Life's getting really fun, though it has its moments, for sure.
