Looking for 0 nic pg/vg mix to drop my juices down in nic content

Howdies, I'm vaping at 18mg and feel like I need to take it down a notch, probably to 12mg.

Is there a 'defacto' supplier here that is 'cheap'? for PG/VG mixed already ideally, although I'm guessing I should just buy a bottle of PG and a bottle of VG and mix in my own ratio to put into my existing bottles of 18mg nic juice? Probably cheaper than looking for a premixed 70/30 or something like that...

most of my juices are in the 70/30 to 50/50, to minimize flavor loss should i just stick with PG and forget the VG?

so far CCV's 250ml of PG for $11 shipped looks tempting....

Tasty Vapor has what they call doublers - 0-nic flavored juices - you can pick whatever pg/vg mix you want. They are supposed to be used to mix down higher mg juices. I actually like a couple of them just like they are. Very cheap (like $10.50 for 60ml and $15.75 for 120ml). You can even make up your own flavors!
