Looking for 18350 Short Tube for Evic in Black

I have searched a few places and most of them are out of stock. Anybody know where I can buy them.

Preferably if they have the batteries as well so I dont have to purchase them separately and pay for extra shipping.

I got the Evic last night. Paid $88 for the kit from smokenjoeys. Fast shipment. I already knew I wanted to short tube.
