Looking for a black licorice that is not sweet

Greetings!
New member and 1st time post
I am looking for a source for a black licorice (anise) flavor that is not sickening sweet. TPA has absinthe, which is tasty, but too sweet for me. I like the "old fashioned" black licorice flavor.
Any suggestions?

This is my method for making anise liquid.

Make base of 50/50 at desired nicotine level. To 30 ml of base in a dropper bottle, pour in one small bottle of Lorann's anise oil (it's about 3 ml). Shake well and let steep, shaking every day. After a week or two of steeping, invert the dropper bottle; the oil will rise to the top (bottom of the bottle). Squeeze the liquid out, stopping before you get to the oil. This removes most of the oil from the liquid, but the liquid will carry the flavor.

The oil can be reused for another bottle.
