I have a DSE-901 for my primary, I also have a BLU cig, which is not very good at all. I am looking for something more throaty and bold , thick smoke.

I can get a pretty nice hit from a 901 on a full charged battery, but I desire about 50% more smoke than what it puts out if thats possible.

So whats the best esmoke for a guy who likes a REALLY thick hit?

I have a 510 and love it . . . it's my most frequent recommend for new vapers.

Having said that, though, if you're willing to walk on the wild side and you're already comfortable vaping, then it may be time to consider a mod . . . a lot more power translates into a more powerful vape.

There are lots of great ones on the market . . . Screwdriver, JantyStick, Prodigy, and GG to name a few. Best yet, some more really cool ones are coming out soon. For example, the Silver Bullet looks like it will be a real winner.

Browse the forum and you'll find loads of great information on these higher powered devices.

Try a mod or a 901 manual battery. My manual batteries kick my ...! Great throat hit.

Good idea Queen...
This is probably the cheapest way to go, and also very effective. Other than switching to a different PV altogether, that is. If you decide that is the way you want to go, I would definately reccomend one of the high power units. Either the GG, the Prodigy or one of the newer PV's that are showing up. One thing to keep in mind when making your choice, is that the SD IS NOT a high power unit. While it is one of the longest lasting battery mods, it is still only 3.7 volts. The fact that it is a manual PV, however, means that you can hold the button for as long as you want, thereby increasing the amount of vapor that you can intake.
Once you start in with the different high end PV's, your choices are endless.
All of this can be confusing. I know that it was for me. that brings us back to the beginning.....just say the hell with it all, and get a couple of manual batteries for your 901, and see if that works for you!!

Confused yet?

LOL!!!!

Very, very good point. I'd put the JantyStick in with the Screwdriver category of longer lasting battery but not extremely high powered--I think it's 3.7.

I will say, though, that up until the REALLY high-powered mods came onto the scene, most of us were THRILLED with 3.7 volts and a long battery life. ;) I love my JantyStick, but I also love my GG . . . and I'm sure I'll love my Prodigy when it arrives. Heck, I also love my Iolite. :D

So many PVs . . . just wish I had unlimited funds so that I could explore them all. (According to my husband, though, I'm making quite a dent in the list of PVs on the market.)

But definitely do your research . . . they've all got their own unique set of characteristics. For example, the default atomizer for the JantyStick is the 801 (although adapters are available) . . . the default for the Screwdriver is a 901 . . . and for the Prodigy, you can select pretty much whatever you want. Likewise, power options differ among the various devices.

Lots of homework to do before investing in a mod. :)

IGNORE THIS THREAD UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. No disrespect intended but it only lists 4 PV's and only one is a manual. It just is not representative of the best devices available. Also large amounts of vapor does not necessarily translate into great throat hit.

You definitely want a manual PV. Although the 510 provides good throat hit, the absolute best throat hit comes from the 5 or 6 volt devices. I would check out the Prodigy (5v) or the GG (6v)

Prodigy: PureSmoker.com - Home of the USA Built PV !!!
GG: THE GG
