Fairly new to vaping I have an ego twist vv (900mah) / tornado-c (650mah) with a Kanger protank and a Vision V3 top coil clearomizer, I believe both are 2.4omh. I run both devices around 4.4v

I love my Protank yet it's not portable/mobile, it's top heavy and large for my pocket although its great for the house. The Vision V3 is light, small and portable yet the vape is on the hot side for me. I prefer the vape I get with my Protank.

Can anyone recommend a top performing (good vapor and flavor with no leaks) clearomizer that will fit nicely on my egos, also what ohms would preform well for me?

kanger evod 1.8ohm....you will have to clean battery contacts occasionally....all bcc's sometimes leak a bit from the bottom....

Will the low resistance work well with both of my ego's? Also why do you recommend the Evod over all others?
I have noticed leaking on both (more on the v3) the protank and v3. I clean every time I charge my battery with a q-tip.

evods are better quality imho than t3, i had a lot of leaking issues with t3's....also the heads are different (cheaper in cost) on the evod- compatible with the protank....in the t3 its the entire base, as opposed to unscrewing just the head.

That's great information evgeny131 and helps in making my decision :)

I use and like both EVOD's and T3-Minis. They are quite similar in size, and both work great on Ego batteries.
Here are some personal experience opions on them - but I'd recommend both to try:

The EVOD does have the advantage of being able to change just the head and not the full base, so cheaper maintenance.
The EVOD can get "gurgly" when you get the juice low - under the "window"...
The T3 has a slightly "airier" draw - not REALLY airy, but a little more so than the EVOD - this can be a plus or minus. It seems to work well for some juice, increasing the vapor a bit. But sometimes I find myself covering an airhole on and off (like a carburator - when's someone gonna make a clearomizer with a carburator or adjustable airflow built in?)

Bottom line - they're both good recommendations!

I need to try an EVOD. A good friend of mine absolutely loves them.... Only thing that really kept me away was the lack of viewing juice in the tank. It has a slat that you can look into, but it's limited (without actually having one, or using). It is most likely sufficient to see juice levels.

Next time will order a couple with my next carto purchase.

I don't use clearos myself, and have not tried the newer ones. However, my husband just started vaping and got some evods to tide him over until he gets his tank. He loves apricot, so he got some juice with just that flavor. We were at a vape store at the time and he had to try the juice immediately. We filled up the evod and it instantly melted. I have never seen that happen before, but there are certain flavors, such as citrus, that will do that to plastic.

I say all this to say, glass is the better option if you vape those types of flavors.

Kanger seems to be a love it/hate it brand. I don't think I've read any review of a Kanger tank which concluded "it's okay." They're not as easy to deal with as standart CE series tanks because they are bottom fed, with RBA heads, and because of being bottom fed, you'll need to clean/replace the heads more often. The major advantage of EVODs over T3s is that EVOD heads and Protank heads are interchangeable. But you can get either one of them for about $6 a piece, so buy one of each, see which you like better, and then order a couple more.

Thanks for the detail that helps allot.

That sounds great cuz I love my protank. Is the mini heavy like the protank is?
Not at all. The mini protank is just a tad longer then an evod (because of the ego skirting for the threads) and is the same size around as an evod. I use 14500 mods and they aren't very big. Robusts, etc and the mini is a very well balanced tank for them. Not big or clunky at all :)

Kanger now makes a T3 and MT3 base that's compatible with the evod coil. It converts the MT3 into the newer MT3S. You no longer have to replace the whole base on the T3, which means that all three of Kanger's BCC models can use the same coils now.

Edit: It also means that the only real differences between the MT3/S and the evod are capacity and ease of draw. The evod is a little tighter and only holds 1.5 ml of juice. The MT3/S is a little airier and holds about 1.8 ml.
