I have some Geneva from ccvapes on the way to me right now. If you go to the website there is a video review on that page. It sounds really good. I'll let you know when it gets here.

Serendipity from HHV is one of my personal favorites, kind of a cocoa-coffee tobacco to my taste.
Cocoa Blend from Ahlusion is not my favorite from them, but then again, I don't like chocolate/coca vapes. At the very least, it says what it is as opposed to just having the flavor profile of a choco-bacco vape. It's tough for me because chocolate is so very hard to do, and unless you want some strange flavoring, you may want to stick with NETs (naturally extracted tobacco.) Wait a minute, why not try Wrangler Light from GoodeJuice? Wrangler Light is a tobacco juice that is macerated with cocoa and tobacco. It's not over-the-top chocolate, but it's there.
Hmm. Just came across 5 layer from mom and pop vapor shop. Not tobacco but looks yummy.

I'm not a big fan of traditional chocolate flavors (most are somewhat bitter), but I prefer more of a "hot cocoa" type chocolate. I ran across a juice like this some time ago, but for the life of me, I can't remember who made it. HHV chocolate flavors are more of the cocoa variety I like. Being an Ahlusion fan, I'll be trying their Chocolate cream in the near future
Randy C.....Ahlusion chocolate cream is a very light TRUE chocolate flavor. I wrote a review on their site and stated that it tasted just like eating a big spoonful of chocolate cool whip.
NakiFantaki....Mom and Pop's 5 layer has got to be one of my alltime favorite eliquids. I haven't had anything like it. You can taste each flavor as if it's layered just like the name says. It's a very rich, creamy, sweet vape without being overpowering. I couldn't put it down for 3 days and went through the 10 ml bottle pretty quickly. I'm about due to order more very soon.

Heathers Heavenly Vapes Serendipity is definitely a coffee/chocolate/sweet cavendish pipe tobacco vape, i love it. Backwoods brew casablanca is a smokey, woody, rich, slightly spicy turkish tobacco mixed with cocoa. Ahlusion's deal maker is a basic chocolate/tobacco vape, and cocoa blend is a very strong tobacco with a touch of cocoa (not chocolate). Heathers Heavenly Vapes Heavenly Army is like a chocolate graham tobacco, also very good.

I haven't tried deal maker yet but from what i know about it i really think it'll suite your needs perfectly 
Try Harbor Nite from Nitelite Vapor, available at litecigusa. It's not so much chocolate, more like cocoa. I haven't liked anything "chocolate" but I like this one.

Yeah they did... Its hard to find good coffee flavors and since they arent too far from me I was able to sample many of them. Its not often my tastes change. But I still have some Halo favorites though. You know how it is

I love Mom & Pops to death! I'm head-over-heels in love with their RY4 and Tobacco Haze. They really don't make anything I "dislike", however 5-layer is just not one of my favorites... I want to love it, really! While I enjoy the chocolate (or should I say cocoa) flavor in this juice, It just needs more of it! And...I get very little TH and vapor production. Tami almost has this right; it's just missing the "punch" it deserves. The same holds true for Pchela's.

Randy-- Halo Belgian Cocoa may be the one you were trying to remember. IMO it's the perfect cocoa flavor.
