Hi, I use the Innokin Zenith for mtl and also the Aspire Nautilus2 occasionally.
Theyre both good but I prefer the Zenith.
Generally though I use rta's.
My own experience with cutting down nic use was pretty simple.
1)I vaped less.
2)I turned down the watts.
3) I reduced the nic level.
What doing these things did was helped me to isolate what was driving me to vape more and helped me establish the amount of nic that was able to satiate me.
Originally when I asked here how to go about vaping less the stock standard answer was, "use more nicotine". All that happened for me was I would use more nicotine and slow down my use for maybe a week but eventually I would be back vaping the same amount in mls but at a higher nic mg. For me increasing nic was counter productive but it seems to work for others.
For me just putting the vape down and walking away from it was a big part of what was required of me to vape less.... LOL! Vaping less caused me to vape less....imagine that, what a novel idea.
