First, a little background. I have been vaping for almost a year. I started with a standard 510 kit. Once I got tired of charging batteries all day, I got an eGo 900 battery and used it with my 510 atty. I am now using a full eGo complete with cylinder atty and cart. I love the eGo... it lasts all day and produces a lot of vapor.

The one thing I don't like about it is that it leaks like crazy in my pocket. It's weird... I can leave it laying around just about anywhere and it's fine, but if I put it in my pocket for 10 minutes, it's Leak City. I've had this issue across multiple atties, carts, and batteries, so it must just be an inherent problem with the eGo.

I want to get a new kit. One with similar or better vapor production, juice (battery and nicotine) capacity, and something that's not too much bigger than the XL eGo. Oh, and NO LEAKS! Also I'm not looking to spend too much... less than a bill for the whole kit. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

QE2,
I'm far from an expert... but I just ordered a GO-GO (2 actually) and from the (limited) reviews of it, it might be what you're looking for. Do a search of the forums for GOGO, there have been a few posts about it lately. (Under "Electronic Cigarette Reviews", and the supplier forums "CigEasy" and "NHaler")

Lots of good information on these units... look for posts by greyrat (ego-t vs go-go) and SSV2. You may even want to wait for SSV2's promised in-depth review of the GO-GO.... sounds like he's been testing these since late last year (from both current suppliers). Both of these guys have been posting some great information on the Go-Gos. Thanks guys!

My only concern is the proprietary threads, but both suppliers have said conversion connectors will be available soon. It really doesn't bother me too much as I don't have a surplus of any other types (been KR808D-1 since I started last month). But I do have a little bit of a concern that if these don't catch on there may be availability issues for the Cartos in the future. But I guess that's the chance you take as an early adopter.

From what I understand so far...

The pluses.... 3ml carto producing great flavor and plumes of vapor, 1300ma battery all day no-hassle vaping, no leaking reports so far.

Minuses... slightly larger diameter... both carto and battery, a few reports of charging problems (battery center pole gets depressed from over tightening Cartos interfering with charger connection - many have had this clear up by gently and slightly raising the center pole on the battery).

I was leaning towards the ego-T until I read greyrat's comparison of the two.

Good luck... hope this helps.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. The GO-GO looks like a great kit. The two things that worry me are proprietary carts and all-in-one batteries. I think I would like to try a mod so I can just replace the cells.

The GLV2 seems like a nice mod, but I don't really like the staggered design where the atty comes off the side. The Riva is sealed and the Buzz is a bit pricey.

Right now I have my eye on the iVape Swap Top. It's a custom Indulgence V2 kit that includes the extended cup with switch and adapters plus an 18650 for only $50. I read some bad reviews of the original Indulgence, but the V2 seems to be solid. I guess now my question is: with connections for 510, 801 and 901, which atty or carto should I use with it for the most juice storage and vapor production?
