Hi,
I have been vaping for a while now and have been mostly been using vanilla, but I am feeling like a change I have tried a strawberry and pineapple but the flavours don't seem to do much for me, so I'm looking for something that has a nice flavour to it? Any ideas? But don't want to be spending lots of money trying new flavour. I'm using the Protank 2 and the vamp v5.

So what sounds most appealing to you? Fruit, desert, tobacco, candy, etc.? What pg/vg mix do you prefer? I bet if you provide a little more info, people will have plenty of suggestions.

I agree with Bryan. You need to tell us if you are looking for something in the same family as your vanilla, like custards, cakes, caramels, butterscotches. Or are you looking to branch out into a new area of flavor like fruits or tobaccos or coffees or bakery.

What have you been vaping. What vendor, nic level, pg/vg.

t1m4,

I love vanilla as well and had been using Halo juice mostly because they are pre-steeped and good flavors but they don't offer fruits, drinks, and just don't have the some of the flavor profiles I was looking for. I like a big variety.

Have tried around 15 different vendors and have been mostly disappointed with the lack of good flavor.

Just did a thread this morning about my experience with Tasty Vapor. Wow....tried the lemon poundcake (tastes just like the cake), cafe Macchiato(great crisp coffee flavor), and Ultimate Vanilla (best vanilla I have tried to date).

These are just some quality flavors that don't leave you longing for more flavor to be there.

I know I am planning on slowly trying all the flavors and won't feel like I am throwing money down the drain.

Give them a try.

Out of 10-13 of the 1st vendor's Ive tried after Halo had been a fail for me as well

Halo was good because it is presteeped

as far as the others I was looking for price and presteep and had been disappointed

Once I looked for good juice reading review and not looking for a coupon code or a good deal
I have been MUCH happier

the next 10 vendors Ive tired 9 have been good and a few I reorder continually

Ahlusion Is my number 1 just about everything on the menue is as described
average steep time 2 weeks with execptions (1 worth mentioning my fav Smooth crim after 6 week steep)
you can always ask for steep time on the ahlusion thread

For Vanilla try custards last stand from Nickoticket
Although Nickoticket does not have many choices everything is top quality and the best customer service in the industry

Another good vendor has some great stuff Mom & Pop vapor shop
try Pchellas 5 layer (2 week steep)
Butterfly bait (1 week)
Tobacco haze (1 month steep)

Cooper Creek house blend amazing out of the mail

Others worth mentioning Plum room, Velvet cloud Vapor, Mountain Oak Vapor

One of the best ways to try new flavor combos and step away from a main type, in your case vanilla, is to try combination of the flavors you like.

So try the fruits with a bit of vanilla with fruit + cream; most vendors offer fruits with cream, such as Ahlushion or The Plume Room.

Halo does offer a few fruits, but they have a very light tobacco base -- and include vanilla (Southern Classic -- a citrus with vanilla, taste like Mountain Dew with cream, and some days like a creamsicle; or Voodoo, which has white grape, plum black currant, light tobacco and cinnamon and vanilla, and the flavors shift while you vape it and depending on voltage -- but it's always fruity and tasty).

I started with tobaccos, and because of trying fruit-laden and dessert-flavored tobaccos, I've been venturing out when I can (mostly through contests) with all fruit or dessert options.

Southern Classic is one that I always have on hand.

It is one of those that once I start vaping it, I have a hard time putting it down.

I tried Voodoo and Tiki juice.

Don't like Clove so the Tiki juice was not for me but my daughter loves it.

Voodoo is really different because it does change flavors.

I swear that at times it tastes sort of like Green Apple to me.

When I first started vaping I was using one from the local Smoke Shop that my daughter's boyfriend had lent me.

I bought four different e-liquids from them and they were awful!

Ended up with a headache everytime I used them.

It was a good thing though because when I received my halo Triton and Halo juices I was able to better appreciate their quality.

Happy Vaping!

There are literally limitless possibilities of juices out there. Different flavors, flavor combinations, every vendors versions of the same juice will be different based on their base, different brands of flavor extracts, sweeteners, etc, etc. And all of these factors may change slightly from batch to batch.

Then there is steeping, flavors change as they steep. sometimes for the better, sometimes not. Whether it is better or not, is personal preference.

All these possibilities have not even factored in the most important factor of liking a juice. Personal preference. There is no way to account for personal preference other than trying a flavor and deciding if you like that flavor, from that vendor, at that stage in its steep cycle. Thats it. There is no secret to finding a juice you will like.

With that being said, here is my advice. Try to find a B&M near you that has samples of juice and try them all. Literally, try them all. The employees might not be thrilled with you, but who cares. Buy a couple you like so you can have an alternative to your vanillas for the time being.

Then read a bunch of threads here on ECF, and decide on a couple vendors you want to try. Order some sample packs. You will not like them all, you might not even like any, but you will start to narrow down the options of what you like. Then order some more sample packs. I wish there was a cheaper option, but again, there isn't. All the juice you don't like you can keep around for an emergency, try to sell/trade her on the forums, or give away to fellow vapors you know.

Come to us with more specifics, there is a lot of knowledge/experience here, and we can help you out. Need a recommendation for a NET, there are better shops for that. Fruits? Different vendors for that. Etc, etc.
