I have an ismoka bcc mega and have been vaping 50/50 pretty much since I started about 8 weeks ago. Every time I go to use a new coil it takes a LOT of trial and error to eliminate dry hits. I have to remove a wick or two, then try, remove a wick then try ect ect. I usually end up having to do this several times to get it right, IF I get it right. Sometimes I end up removing one too many wicks and then get flooding. I am wondering what % juice I can get that'll work with the coils right out of the box. Lately this has been very frustrating and it can take several hours to get it right.
I am using tweezers to remove the wicks because I have been unsuccessful getting the center post off on these coils. I really like this bcc mega and it produces great vapor (when it's working right), which it hasn't been lately at all. Are there any tanks out there that will work with pretty much any mixture without so much finicking?
I recently received my MVP2 and noticed that the iclear30 that came with it hasn't given me a single dry or burnt hit of any kind with my 50/50 juices. The only issue is that I don't really like the super tight draw of the 30 and it doesn't seem to produce the vapor that the bcc mega does when it's working right. Any ideas or suggestions? What it boils down to is I am getting very frustrated with this thing and don't enjoy installing a new coil (which should be enjoyable) and am ready to throw in the towel with this device. Any suggestions or opinions at all would be really appreciated! Thanks for taking the time to read this long post, I apologize about the length!

My wife uses a few vapeonly bcc's which appear to be the same as ismoka.
Never had to fiddle with them at all using 50/50 or 40pg/60vg juices, they work great every time.

If you've been using them for 8 weeks I suspect the silicon seals in the coil cup, base and on the head themselves are fatigued causing the pressure to equalize leading to wicking problems. No clearo lasts forever, even the ones sold as replaceable / rebuildable head.
If you can find a full set of replacement seals I bet that would fix the problem.
Ive never found any vendor offering replacement seals so they get tossed at around the 7 ~ 10 week mark.

The Iclear 30 S has a looser draw & the wicks are contained in a perforated tube. Lots of folks seem to like them.

Both of us vape either 50/50 or 40/60 haven't had any problems with viscosity related wicking issues.

Hmmm. Where did you get your replacement coils from? I got mine from pandaecigs.com and they say Eleaf bcc mega coil on the package. I've only been using them for a few weeks now. I got to try out an iclear30s at the local vapor lounge today and really like it more than the regular 30. Much lighter draw and better vapor it seems. I cleaned and dry burnt my 30 today and it seems to be working alright but I don't think I'll ever get used to the hard draw on it. I think the 30s might be where it's at for me. Any idea where the best place to purchase them is?

I'd bet those are wonky clone heads, the ones Ive bought only have the ohm printed on the plastic wrapper.

I buy most of my stuff from local B&M's including vapeonly bcc heads.

I dont know anything about these vendors but they all sell replacement heads for vapeonly/ismoka bcc's.
