I'm not sure that it meets your criteria, but I've enjoyed Vapors, Etc. Vanilla tobacco quite a bit. It's currently a Flavor of the Week, so is discounted in price. That will probably change Monday or Tuesday.
Silver Vanacco from Enjuice is exactly what you're looking for. UK site but they ship internationally.

yea maybe I'll give that a try to, i just really try not to order overseas, I can't stand waiting a week for my supplies to come in. I'm just a very impatient man when it comes to my ejuice and accessories haha
I've heard good things about BMV's vanilla tobacco. I don't like vanilla flavored vapes, so I will never try it.

not bad at all, do you know what state they are based out of? hoping the east coast? I like ordering closer to home, if I order from the east coast it's usually at my house in 1-2 days.
I got a sample of tonacco or something like that from bluemistvaping and it was super delicious. I'm going to just get that instead of DIY next time. great
Vapors, Etc. is based in Rochester, NY. VE gets shipments out quickly and they get to Kentucky quickly. I'm not certain if Monday is a day off for Ross.

Vermillion River Kentucky Vanilla fits your requirements. Smooth, mild tobacco with a soft vanilla taste. I have a bottle of it and would order it again, even though I usually prefer stronger tobacco juices such as VS Phoenix.
Dr. Vapenstein did a recent review of it and gave it a recommendation. Google "Vapenstein reviews" and have a look.

I've heard great things about vermillion river, in fact I just made an order a few days ago of all they're kentucky premiums in a sampler pack. hope it gets here tomorrow. can't wait.
