Looking for a VS Tampa style recipe

I've been vaping Tampa for about a year now and got curious to see if anybody has tried to make it? The bottle says what they use for the most part but I'm not experienced enough to tackle the ratios etc.

Haven't had Tampa in a long time, but it used to be my adv. there's definitely a bit of AP, but the tobacco blend is hard to guess. I'd be interested in something close.
