Provari V2 can handle dual coils fairly well since its amp limit has been upped to 3.5
Buzz Pro and Infinity Pro from Notcigs can go up to 15 watts (about 4.7 volts or so on a 1.5 ohm DC, amp cutoff is about 3.3 amps)
Saber Touch has a "high power" option available that goes up to 5 amps

For tube mods, those are probably the best options for being able to push dual coils. All of them maintain their voltage output well, too.

The "Big Three" (or Four, actually) are the ProVari V2 or the Darwin (both single-battery boost VVs) and the BuzzPro/iPro (stacked two-battery buck VVs). Each has pros and cons, each has a justifiably large fan base, and any of them would almost certainly satisfy your wishes.

(By the way, a ProVari V1 is probably not what you need---the 2.5 amp limit won't allow vaping low-resistance dual coils at high voltage, as you may already know. The V2 has a higher 3.5 amp limit.)

I don't own either a ProVari or Darwin, but I have both the BuzzPro and iPro, and I like 'em a ton.

If you are looking for variable voltage the Provari V2 is IMO top-of-the-line... If you want Variable Wattage then the Darwin is the only one made that is Variable Wattage....(the Kick is an add-in VW for some mods)

There is a difference between VV and VW......

There are loads of video reviews on all the devices mentioned in this thread....

yeah, if you want dual coil you need to avoid the lava/vari tube. I have a lavatube.

provari or buzz pro are your best bet. I'm not a fan of stacked batteries though.

If you go with a stacked battery mod like the buzz make sure you label the batteries 1 and 2 and make sure you swap there positions in the tube with every recharge. One battery in a stacked configuration gets hit harder than the other.
