In coming wall of text, thank you in advance to those of you who read all of it, and more thanks to those who answer.
First its not quite my first purchase, I have tried the Blu Disposables. I liked the disposables well enough and originally bought them to see if buying a starter kit would be a waste of money or not.
As i did more research I found lots of complaints about the blu cigs, mostly cartridge problems. I also found a lot of recommendations for the 510 style.
I smoke mostly on my commute and while out and about, due to this I would like to stay roughly cigarette sized, give or take a little. I would also prefer to use auto batteries and cartridges, for ease of use while driving.
I am currently looking at three kits and looking for advice as to which selection would serve me best, and some conformation or corrections on the pros and cons as I see them. Any other suggestions are welcome.
First, Blu Cigs.
Pros, the cartridges are readily available at gas stations and pharmacies in my area. The whole system is compact. The PCC can store an assembled e cig while charging and holding 5 spare carts.
Cons, Possible Cart problems. Short battery life. Expensive to buy carts. Attention seeking and social features.
second, Joye kit from cignot. https://www.cignot.com/product_p/kit-510-pcc.htm (I believe I saw a favorable review of this distributor on these forums.)
Pros, Ease of cart filling. Large selection of accessories and parts. Favorable reviews on this and other sites. Better Value
Cons, Cannot buy prefilled carts in numerous brick and mortar locations. PCC seems to only hold one battery 2 carts and an atomizer, and may not regulate over charging.
and finally Volt kit from smokeless image. Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette
Pros, Ease of cart filling. Favorable reviews on this and other sites. PCC holds 2 batteries. Better Value.
Cons, Cannot buy prefilled carts in numerous brick and mortar locations. PCC may not hold assembled e cig, and 3 carts 1 atomizer, and may not regulate charging.
Looking at the flavors offer with the linked kits, I noticed RY4, is this a tobacco flavored juice? I would like to start with a tobacco flavored juice and try a different flavor with my kit purchase, despite advice on these forums to the contrary. I feel this would help the transition. The Blu "tobacco" flavor tasted alright to me, but I would have called it more of an espresso flavor.
Any recommendations on a "tobacco" flavor to start with on the either of the linked kits? incidentally the black tea flavor available with the joye kit sounds good to me, so opinions on that would also be more than welcome.
One last thing, I live near Reading and Allentown PA, and work in Harrisburg, PA. If any one knows of any brick and mortar stores near any of these locations or the route between them I would love to know.
