Looking for battery recommendation...

I just got some Smoktech 510 Dual coil cartos and I want to get the smallest battery I can to use with them. Can anyone recommend something smaller than the ego that would work with these? I am looking to see if I can get a small "cig alike" look just for travel purposes on trips into town. They only have to work for an hour, maybe two if I am greedy.

You could get a Mini eGo- 400 mah and fires at 3.7 volts.
I have a similar PV that I use for concerts- very small but packs a punch.

Same thoughts as Vapoor eyes er. Is "slimness" an issue or shortness? If being slim is not all important, why not a 350mAh ego? With a typical 35mm carto tank, the whole thing would be under 4.5"/110mm. Even less with an EVOD.

I would like it slim but the most important thing for me is smaller than my 650 ego and reliable. I have tried a small 3.7 cheap 350 mah ego style and it was terrible. Would not work more than 10 minutes and low drawl or power. I also tried a cheap 180 mah more cig like battery but I may not have the right charger for it because I cannot get the 180 may one to work. Thanks for your thoughts guys I do like the quality look of the mini ego.

You're welcome. The only manufacturers of the Mini eGo are Vision or SmokTech.

Try and avoid that "cheap" word in future purchases. ;-)
I get at least a few hours out of a "350 stealth" rig... my wife and daughter, who both takes little hits, can (somehow) get a 350/EVOD to last darn near all day.

Umm....I know this probably doesn't help much...but the easiest solution for you is probably not to use dual coils. Single coils would be easier to find a solution for. This is due to the fact that dual coils require roughly twice the power output of a single coil. (They are often used at a cooler temp, but there's still two coils).

I like that they put "dual coil" on the label. I'd use em at 4.8 volts all day long on a "normal" full power PV.

So basically, look at output power of whatever solution you choose.

Just a bit of information. I just got a promotional e-mail from My Freedom Smokes.com. They apparently have a 420mAh mini eGo (I didn't even know this size existed) that they've carried for a long enough period of time that there are 10 reviews on the product. Based on their data, at 60mm, it is 5mm longer than the 350mAh I have in front of me. Not bad.

Learn something new etc etc... ;-)
