I have a coworker who complains about the smell of my e-liquid. I tried the DIY route but I couldn't get the mixture right, and honestly I don't want to deal with mixing my own. I am just looking for something that vapes like pink spot's e liquid but without the flavoring(Pink spot looks to be 60/40 pg/vg).

If you're looking to get nic base, which is PG and VG with nic with no flavorants, check out RTS Vapes. They have nic base in 36 mg/ml (and other concentrations) that you can add some PG and VG to to make your final juice at your preferred nic level.
To help you mix ingredients to ake the conventration you want you can use a juice mixing calculator like JuiceMeUp from BreakTru.

There are a few popular stores with great stuff on ECF, but the taste can vary. Best to get samples.
Surprisingly different nicotine bases from different companies can give a completely different vape. Buy small at first and shop around to find what you like. There's actually a 250+ page post somewhere on nicotine comparison spanning the last 5 years or so you could check out. But everyone has their own likes.
I am currently using wizard labs and enjoying it, 100% vg and to me it's really close to smoking a light cigarette. Ordered some vaperstek's source because I read on here it is one of the smoother nic bases around.
I still mix my own flavoring a bit, butdoing small and enjoying unflavored, I believe, has really helped me develop a taste and understanding how to create my own juices to suit me. And now I can flavor under 5% and really taste it.
