There is a black note shop in germany with the trivial url (sadly I think I can't post links yet).
If you google "Black Note Deutschland" it should be the first hit.

Not sure, but you should be able to get ahold of some House of Liquids NETs. Not saying they are better or worse, but they have some in a similar vein.

HOL are pretty good, enjoyed the minotor, brasileiro and puros quite a bit.
Tend to gunk up the coils quickly though so better use them in a rebuildable.
