Looking for Boge carto's with lower cut hole.

Hi again, Im wondering if there are Boge or any other really GOOD Cartos out there that have the precut holes lower. It seems and looks like the hole is to high in my tank atleast. I mean i have a 1/3 of a tank left easy when i have to refil. The precut hole seems just to high. Is there or are there any really good carto's out there that have a lower hole pre cut and are good to use on a Standard K100 and Eco-C batts along with my AGR Tank? (getting the Premium Tripple V tank soon i hope). Any help appreciated.

If its normal to have these tanks still so full when needing to reful because of the hole being so high, am i useing the carto wrong?

You could always buy unpunched cartomizers and punch them yourself. Then you can put the holes exactly where you want them.
