eGo 650mAh Battery - Automatic - Black they are automatics, but cheap!!

P.S. your ego might still work, the center pin might have gotten depressed, and might not be making contact with your atomizing devices. Try "pulling the center pin" with a paper clip, or tweezers, GENTLY. If you're not sure of how to do that, you can search on site, or with google. Good luck, and congratulations on starting vaping.

Did you try to fix it? And what is it dong and not doing?

Does the fire button still blink when connected to a charger? If so, that's a good sign on the charger end of things.

Like Chessie said, you may be a victim of overzealous screwing. A lot of people really rachet stuff onto these batteries and it isn't needed. Screw stuff on too tightly a few too many times and the center post in the battery gets pushed down and you have connection problems. The intuitive thing to do is screw a device on even harder. That might temporarily make a clearo etc. work again but it's only making the center post problem worse.

The center post in a battery is surrounded by an o-ring that insulates it from the threaded part and also makes the center post float. It allows the center post to recover from being depressed when you screw something on - but within limits. Screw stuff on too hard again and again and the post just gets down too far, beyond any capacity the o-ring has to pull it back up into place. So you have to do it yourself:

These easiest way is if you have a good pair of slant tweezers with nice thin blades. Those can usually get a grip on a battery center post, give it a slight pull up, and you should be fixed. Don't over do it - you risk pulling the center post out or breaking the wire connected to it. Less is more when approaching this.

If you don't have tweezers that can grab the post you can try using the smallest flat blade jewelers screwdrivers you have. Work the screwdriver in between the center post and the o-ring and use a lift and pull motion to try and work the center post up a bit. You will probably have to repeat this in more than one place around the edge of the center post.

Devices should never be screwed onto an eGo more than finger tight. If you can't twist the device off the battery in a one handed operation it's on too tight.
