fatalis, you might have better luck asking a vendor who services the LA area. They might send a newsletter out and it wouldn't be hard to target customers in those areas. The said vendor could sponsor the event or something.

I'm in Ventura but, as a photographer, I'm in LA quite often especially on weekend. I'd be up for a gathering. The Snow White Cafe on Hollywood Blvd is a vape friendly establishment. I've been in there a few times and have asked and received permission to vape inside. I'm sure there are many more.
