I don't know what kind of flavors that you are into but you might want to check out ITC Vapes. There is a pretty long thread about them here. They are very reasonably priced.

Subscribe to ZampleBox or Craft Vapery--or, any of the other services out there. At Zamplebox I spend $27 and receive about $40-$60 worth of mid-shelf to high-shelf juices. For example, this month I received 3 15ml bottles that were incredible, two 10ml bottles that were just OK and one that''s good but not really my thing. In general, it's worth it if you want to branch out and expand your palette.
Sample packs from Seduce Juice are highly recommended, especially when they run a sale. I'll also second ITC as a good budget vendor.

After looking up reviews here, I ordered several samples from ECBlend Flavors | E-Liquid | E-Cigarettes | Personal Vaporizers @ $2.50 each. Some were a case of "you get what you pay for", but most are surprisingly good. Not Nicoticket caliber, but not a bad way to try out different flavors on the cheap.
You can also 'create your own' blend (up to 4 flavors) for the same price ($2.50 for 5ml).
