I want to make a coffeE-cream-caramel-chocolate-maybe nut drink, but I'm really not sure of what %'s to use to even begin or which ingredients. These are the ingredients I have to work with:

Caramel Candy - TFA
Caramel - INA
Espresso - TFA - tastes like burnt coffee, the bottom of the pot that's been sitting on for 8 hours
Organic Kona Cream - NF - more coffee taste with artificial cream added
Butter Cream - FW
Bavarian Cream - TFA
Sweet Cream - TFA
Almond - TFA and INA
Double Chocolate (Clear) - TFA -tastes like a milky semi-sweet chocolate - has a semi-sweet bitter note
Marshmallow - TFA
Vanilla Swirl - TFA

EM, Smooth, sucralose,

I'm thinking I need hazelnut, not almond ?

If anyone knows where to start with this list, I would appreciate the help :)

you have the fixin's for coffee there. get you a good base going like the vanilla swirl , chocolate, sweet cream , bavarian cream and maybe some marshmallow. when you get that tasting how you like start andding in the coffee slowly. of the top of my head I think I liked 1% on the tfa espresso . you should get something good from that. maybe start looking into other options also. DIY coffee is pretty good and easy. caps cappuccino is pretty good at 15% then topping the my list is the FA coffee espresso, its pretty awesome stuff beats out all the other options by a mile.

Okay, so start with the base then add coffee slowly, got it - Thanks! If FA Espresso is that much better, I may wait to order that and use it instead. I may do the coffee extraction if I can't find a decent flavor to get the right taste. Thanks for your help :toast:

I think I have tried every coffee type out there and made my own extractions I like coffee vapes and my wife is crazy about them. FA espresso is miles above the rest in my opinion. but ya work backwards on those TFA coffee flavors. sweet cream vanilla base first then add coffee in. you can still get good coffee vapes from tfa but they are just not on the same level as FA when it comes to the coffee, [or almost everything else]

Are all of FA flavors way better than TFA?

The big advantage of that FA flavor over an extraction is that it takes as little 0.5% to flavor your mix, and it will not clog your coils. It is worlds better than TFAs burnt flavor, for sure.

I love to vape fancy coffee flavors, and after trying about every coffee flavoring, I use FA Espresso or FA Tiramisu in nearly all of them. I like mild coffee flavors with lots of 'decorations' added. I have some example recipes using FA flavors in my blog (click Blog Entries under my avatar).

I used to like that NF Organic Kona Cream all by itself. I vaped that til I was sick of it. Now I make better stuff with FA.

That's what I was concerned about with doing my own coffee extraction@clogged coils. I may wait on that until I see if FA tastes better. I will check out your blog and see what else is there.

I like the fancy coffee flavors too. My favorite for a long time was (well still is unless I can do better) HDV's Caramelnut Mocha. This juice clogs coils too which is why I would like to replace it.

Thanks for responding :)

FA coffee espresso is truly terrific, and clear, so it won't clog up your atomizers. But, IMO not all FA flavors dominate the other makers' flavors. For example, Nude Nicotine has a Patchouli Vanilla that is pretty unique. I am sure there are many other examples you will get.

NN is on my next purchase list. I want to try the Patchouli Vanilla, the Mexican Coffee, and the Boysenberry.

Okay, now I'm sold on the FA Coffee Espresso. :toast:

That was one of my favorites, too! Here's something that might taste familiar to you:

5% FW Butter Pecan
5% FW Salted Caramel or Caramel Candy
5% TFA Mocha.

At 5% each, it's what I call 'vendor-strength' and will clog coils. At 4% each, I think tastier. At 3% each, it's much easier on coils and still flavorful. I'm NOT saying anyone should buy or use these flavorings, just that if you (flowerpots) have them, you might be interested in trying it. All three flavorings contain 'custard notes', part of the reason I now use FA flavors instead.

I tried to make a base with the creams and vanillas and it just doesn't taste right. I think I need to switch up the ingredients. With TFA vanilla swirl, sweet cream, and caramel candy, it tastes too artificial. I'm thinking I need some FA creams as well.

TFA Vanilla Swirl tastes to me like melted non-dairy Dairy Queen 'ice cream', just as artificial. It has a huge fan following, so I'm in the minority. I used to get good stuff from Sweet Cream, but +1 on the FA creams.

I think my coffee house recipe is on hold until I get some decent natural tasting flavors.

Have you tried the Inawera/WG flavors yet?

I made the Brandied Apricot recipe in your blog. It is still steeping.
