I'm trying to develop an egg nog recipe....have 3 different brands of egg nog flavor here. Capella seems to be the closest, however.......I keep detecting a strong lemon flavor in the background.... I've tried mixing a myriad of other flavors trying to counteract the lemon....sweet cream, vienna cream, bavarian cream, vanilla custard.....even jamaican rum, although I don't want rum....just shooting for a nice rich egg nog, sans liquor
