Looking for italian speaking vaper for help with an FA order

As you can see I need someone who speaks Italian to help me with the communication between me an Flavourart I do believe they have an awesome customer service, but it seems the language barrier is making it hard. It might only be a miss-understanding from my side but I would like to be sure
